Protective barriers against birds are designed to protect your property against the specific type of birds based on their main characteristics – their body structure, preferred place and the way they land and nest. Accordingly, we recommend to consider against what kind of birds you need the protection, in order to choose the most effective option for you.

Place of installation
The specifics of the building or construction where you want to install the protective barriers is an important factor in the decision-making process. Some of our protective barriers (e.g. the bird spike barriers) are suitable for a building or construction of almost any type. On the other hand, some are specifically designed for protection of the particular building elements such as gutters, roof ridges, pipes, pipelines, metal profiles, solar collectors and so on.

Type of installation
We provide the purely mechanical (passive) protective barriers e.g. bird spike and wire protective barriers or nets, but also bird electric protective barriers which, beside their mechanical protections, also use unpleasant but safe electric impulses with a maximum power of 0.7 J at a voltage of 5000 V and a current of 16 mA. The installation of the bird electric barriers is slightly more demanding and it requires powering the electric pulse generator.
